February 26 - Australia: Cairns, Queensland

Feeling much better today!  But hardly an exciting journal.

Jon got up and went for a four-mile run this morning.  And then he and I hit the chores and errands.  While Jon went out and ran a few hours of errands, I cleaned and vacuumed the townhouse.  Jon's friend Mike is arriving in Australia tomorrow and will spend a few days with us.  He's going to visit a few different cities and some relatives in Perth, but we're glad we can spend a few days with him here.

After our chores and errands, we used the rest of the day to chill out.  I crashed for a two hour nap, and Jon washed the truck.  What a shocker, right?  Well, we've owned it for 2.5 whole months, and it's only been washed three times and waxed twice.  I mean, it's long overdue for another washing.

Whatever makes him happy!
