Team Connal Cheerleader Survival Guide

Everything you need to know about the Marathon (and even things you didn't want to know)

Don't forget that DAYLIGHT SAVINGS is Saturday, October 25!

Where to Go:

For your marathon-viewing enjoyment, we've created three different potential routes to see the marathon.  It's based on when you'll get there and how much travel you want to do.  The team will start together, but will split off and run based on individual paces.  So check out the pace chart we put together to figure out when certain runners will arrive at certain mile markers.  And give yourself plenty of time before and after these estimates just in case we're ultra-speedy or ultra-not-so-speedy.

TC Cheerleader Route 1: Miles 0, 6, 13-14, 18-19, 22-26

TC Cheerleader Route  2: Miles 2.5, 9, 15.5-16.5, 18-19, 22-26

TC Cheerleader Route 3: Miles 7, 13-14, 17.5-19, 22-26

What we'll be wearing:  All of Team Connal will be in our special orange running shirts with the "Running Jon" on the back.

** Make sure your runners know which mile markers you'll be at so they can look for you!!! **

Signs: If you don't have a Team Connal sign, look for the other Team Connal Cheerleaders so you can stand near one of the orange signs.  That's what we runners will be looking for along the way.  We'll find you if you're near a sign!!

Estimated Running Times: Find out when your runner will be arriving at specific mile markers.  If you know their pace then you can plan to be at specific places at a specific time.
