Noodle-Making

First, he rolls out the noodle dough and twists it around.

Then, through various stretching, twisting, and looping, the dough becomes even longer and thinner.

Before you know it, it's one long sting of thin noodles, which he tosses into a boiling pot of water.  

This all happens over about 2 minutes and then he starts a new roll of dough.  I had to take pictures very quickly to get it all!
