.G'day,

Hope all is well!!!! Jon we all owe you several punch bugs as we saw thousands in Nairobi......we decided to change to kiss bug, but did not cash in as neither Kerry nor Mathilde were willing to play.

No doubt you are preparing for your trek up that little hill at the moment, possibly even climbing as I write.

I have arrived safely home, back to peaceful Canberra, in time to watch the decider of the State of Origin......NSW Vs Queensland in Rugby League (one of the biggest games in the World to watch). However there will be no alcohol consumed as I have had my last drink for about a year on the flight home.

Our last night in Africa began quite peacefully. Sitting and listening to music at the Casino. As we were venturing to our taxi to make our way home Dennis observed the statue of David in a pool of water. Dennis stated 'If he can do it, why can't we?' At this stage we all got our gear off (surprise, surprise) and I proceeded to dive into the freezing cold water, followed quickly by Jason and Dennis. I hastily returned to my clothes, at which point I observed three security guards running towards us. They said 'What are you doing?', I replied 'Swimming'. He then said 'I am sorry sir, but you are under arrest!!!'

We immediately attempted to back pedal and get out the situation, but had to pull the big call of 'We would like to speak with the Manager.' When he arrived, with a huge smile on his face (we think he was watching this on the video surveillance) he let us return to the hotel we were staying at. THANK GOODNESS!!!!

The flight was average as I was sitting by myself. We had even dressed up in a recent purchase, no not the Maasai gear but a traditional three piece African suit (including hats).

Bye for now and good luck with the molehill!!

Matt.
