Textile Process

The Process of making carpets:

Weaving the carpet. This can take anywhere between 3-7 months, depending on the size.

Cleaning the carpet. This gets rid of loose fibers. Then the carpet is trimmed so all the knots are even.

Burning the carpet to make sure there are no synthetic fibers in it. This ensures quality.

When it's purchased, the new owner signs the rug before it's shipped. This way, he knows that the rug he receives is truly the rug he bought.
